Pragati One ( P-1 India Pvt. Ltd.) is looking for a creative and technically strong Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily activities across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter/X.
- Develop engaging content strategies and maintain consistent posting schedules.
- Write high-quality, brand-aligned content (posts, reels, scripts, captions).
- Collaborate with design/video teams to create impactful visual content.
- Track performance through analytics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Optimize content based on trends, algorithms, and platform best practices.
- Run paid campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation (preferred).
- Engage with audiences, handle DMs/comments, and manage brand reputation.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
- Excellent content writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Strong technical understanding of all social media platforms and tools.
- Knowledge of the Indian startup/MSME ecosystem is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and handle fast-paced operations.
