About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Facebook Ads Specialist with planning, executing, and optimizing high-performing Meta campaigns. This role requires deep technical expertise including end-to-end tracking setup from campaign to ad level — and a data-focused mindset. You’ll be responsible for building strategies that drive measurable results, collaborating with design and strategy teams, and ensuring every campaign is accurately tracked, analyse, and optimized for maximum ROI. Key Responsibilities Ad Strategy & Execution Develop and execute full-funnel ad strategies across Facebook and Instagram tailored to client objectives (lead generation, awareness, retargeting, etc.). Structure campaigns, ad sets, and ads to support accurate data segmentation and analysis. Conduct advanced audience research and competitor analysis to identify high-performing segments. Tracking & Data Management Set up, audit, and manage tracking systems from campaign ad set ad level. Configure and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Aggregated Event Measurement, UTM parameters, and conversion APIs (CAPI) to ensure 100% tracking accuracy. Build clear tracking frameworks for every campaign, ensuring reliable reporting across platforms (Meta, Google Analytics, CRM, etc.). Identify and resolve attribution gaps and data discrepancies proactively. Optimization & Testing Manage budgets, bids, and pacing daily to maximize efficiency and ROAS. Perform structured A/B testing across creatives, placements, and audiences. Continuously refine campaigns based on performance insights and data trends. Creative Collaboration Work hand-in-hand with the design and copy teams to produce scroll-stopping ad creatives. Provide clear, data-driven feedback on what’s performing and what needs to change. Develop creative briefs that align with audience behavior and campaign data. Reporting & Insights Create in-depth weekly and monthly reports highlighting key performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.). Translate complex data into actionable insights and clear recommendations. Present campaign performance and growth opportunities to internal teams and clients. Continuous Improvement & Leadership Stay current on Meta Ads platform updates, data privacy changes, and emerging optimization tactics. Contribute to SOP development and train junior ad specialists on data-driven best practices. Collaborate with web, CRM, and automation teams to ensure cohesive tracking and lead flow. Qualifications managing and scaling Meta ad campaigns with strong ROI. Preferred if you have experience running ads for Construction Companies. Lead Generation only Proven ability to set up and manage tracking systems end-to-end (Pixel, CAPI, UTM, Events Manager). Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation, attribution, and dashboard reporting. Expert-level proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Business Suite, and conversion tracking tools. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Looker Studio (Data Studio), and CRM integrations. Bonus: Experience in the home services, construction, or contractor marketing industry. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Accurate tracking and data integrity across all campaigns.
