The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be the first point of contact for prospective clients — identifying leads, presenting our services, qualifying opportunities, and closing new business. This role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and a passion for helping startups navigate government funding.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events.
- Present and sell PRAGATI ONE India’s services: scheme consultation, application assistance, DPRs, pitch decks, recognition support.
- Maintain and manage sales pipeline in CRM; meet monthly/quarterly targets.
- Coordinate with Partnership & Policy Analyst for scheme eligibility and updates.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and client onboarding documentation.
- Follow up post-sale to ensure smooth handover to delivery teams.
- Support marketing with client insights and lead-generating activities.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup-support environment.
- Familiarity with startup/MSME funding schemes is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; experience with CRM tools preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or related field.
- 1–5 years experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles. Fresh graduates with strong communication are welcome.
