About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized HR Executive who has strong knowledge of India’s leading job portals and is capable of managing end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should be energetic, resourceful, and connected to active HR communities and WhatsApp groups for talent sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage complete recruitment cycle: sourcing → screening → calling → shortlisting → scheduling interviews.
- Its Plus If he or She have the knowledge of Indian startup ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with top job portals: Naukri, Indeed, Shine.com, LinkedIn Jobs and others.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of skilled candidates across multiple roles.
- Reach out to and engage high-quality talent through portals, referrals, social platforms, and HR community groups.
- Maintain candidate databases and track interview progress.
- Actively participate in external HR WhatsApp groups, HR communities, and referral networks.
- Utilize social platforms and industry networks to attract top talent.
- Maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies (if required).
- Draft, review, and implement employee policies, SOPs, HR manuals, onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and documentation as per compliance.
- Create and execute onboarding & induction programs.
- Support employee queries and ensure a healthy work culture.
- Organize internal engagement activities, surveys, and feedback sessions.
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong practical knowledge of Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Shine.com and other job portals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
- Ability to spot quality talent quickly and accurately.
- Proactive, energetic, and active in HR WhatsApp groups and external communities.
- Knowledge of basic HR compliance and documentation.
