The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be the first point of contact for prospective clients — identifying leads, presenting our services, qualifying opportunities, and closing new business. This role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and a passion for helping startups navigate government funding. Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events. Present and sell PRAGATI ONE India’s services: scheme consultation, application assistance, DPRs, pitch decks, recognition support. Maintain and manage sales pipeline in CRM; meet monthly/quarterly targets. Coordinate with Partnership & Policy Analyst for scheme eligibility and updates. Prepare proposals, quotations, and client onboarding documentation. Follow up post-sale to ensure smooth handover to delivery teams. Support marketing with client insights and lead-generating activities. Required Skills & Attributes Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills. Organized, target-driven, and proactive. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup-support environment. Familiarity with startup/MSME funding schemes is a plus. Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; experience with CRM tools preferred. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or related field. 1–5 years experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
